Mike Dank (also known as Famicoman) is an active member in many online and offline hacker, developer, and retro computing communities. He has an affinity for retro technology, and independent media, as well as the preservation of computing history. He has many projects aimed at data preservation, obsolete technology education, found footage, indie media production, writing, filmography, and general old-fashioned hackery. In the past, he has been involved with administrating community bulletin board systems, moderating forums, editing ezines, and having a hand in a few iptv shows.

He is currently employed as a Software Engineer in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

  1. Hi Mike, just stumbled on your old request on Wanted for info on Language Technology/Electric Word magazine. I subscribed to this from its beginnings and still have the full set from #1 launch issue, which was free at a computer show. Not sure how I could get these online as I’m pretty busy. Any ideas?
